Notes

The name James ROYLANEE may be a misspelling. It can't be found on the CWGC website. Perhaps it should be ROYLANCE.

Micklehurst was originally in the county of Cheshire. From 1894 to 1974 it was in Lancashire. It is now in Tameside, Greater Manchester.
