In front of the Co-Op undertakers, Manchester Road, Heaton Chapel.

Heaton Chapel was originally in the county of Lancashire. At the end of the 19th century it was incorporated into Stockport, Cheshire. In 1974 Stockport became part of the new county of Greater Manchester.

Description

A black marble stone inscribed with the names of some of those who lost their lives in the two world wars.
