In the Railway Club, Edgeley Road, Stockport. Presumably, this memorial was originally located in the Midland Railway's Locomotive Department at Heaton Mersey, Stockport.

Description

A brass panel embossed with the names of those of the Department who fell in the First World War.

Notes

The Locomotive Department at Heaton Mersey served the Midland Railway's line running through Stockport, Tiviot Dale, which closed in 1967. The line was used by cross-country trains and the Manchester (Central) to London (St Pancras) express.
